Our expertise lies in developing surface contours for sheet forming, die design, development of rapid prototype tooling for panel filters, injection molding die design and assembly design of filter systems for automotives.

CAE is the application of computer software in engineering to analyze the robustness and performance of components and assemblies. It encompasses simulation, validation and optimization of products and manufacturing tools.

Marimba Auto helps customers to reduce product development cost and time while improving safety, comfort and durability of the products they produce by using latest Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) Techniques.

The predictive capability of CAE tools has progressed to the point where much of the design verification is now done using computer simulations rather than physical prototype testing, thus passing on cost and time savings to our customers.

Our expertises in CAE also cover stress, dynamic, thermal and non-linear analysis on components and assemblies using FEA (Finite Element Analysis).

Value Engineering

Marimba Auto follows a systematic method to improve the "Value" of a product and process by using an examination of functions. We are committed to help our customers to improve the value of their product or process without compromising on the quality.

Value engineering reduces costs by eliminating wasteful practices. We analyze the product for reduction of cost in various areas, which include material substitutions, process efficiency, producibility and modularity and energy efficiency.

In the United States, Value Engineering is specifically called out in Public Law 104-106, which states “Each executive agency shall establish and maintain cost-effective Value Engineering procedures and processes.”

Rapid prototyping is the automatic construction of physical objects using solid free-form fabrication. In brief, rapid prototyping takes virtual designs from computer aided design modeling software (CAD), transforms them into cross sections, still virtual, and then create each cross section in physical space, one after the other until the model is finished..
